How can we help you?

Free delivery? What's the catch?

It's true. Divinus Furniture provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or price to all Canadian provinces. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging.

We feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.

How do returns work ?

You can return regular price items for exchange or refund in new condition with original packing within 30 days of delivery. We charge a flat rate return shipping fee of $150 (or $75 for items that can be shipped via small parcel), which will be applied against your refund or exchange.

If you do not have the original packaging, a return re-packaging fee of $75 will be applied.

All Special Price items are final sale.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Our warranty covers any confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship for up to two years, beginning the day your order arrives at your home.

Please note that our warranty only applies when products are used for their intended purposes and becomes void when our pieces are modified in any way. Defects or damages resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, natural disasters (including water and fire), and regular wear and tear will not be covered by our warranty.

Solid wood pieces may experience warping, cracking, and splitting due to environmental conditions, such as changes in humidity. If these pieces have not been properly maintained as per our care recommendations, they will not fall under our warranty.

Fading, pilling, and staining of upholstery, compression of cushion fillings, and reasonable degrees of wear caused by everyday use and/or a lack of regular maintenance is not included in our warranty.

Our warranty is non-transferable, and does not extend to resale, second-hand, final sale, or floor model pieces. It also does not apply to products that are used for commercial purposes, unless those products are listed as commercial grade.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email at info@divinusfurniture.com We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order. Track here.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to info@divinusfurniture.com and we will contact the shipping company.

How do I care for my Divinus product?

I am new to your website and I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?

Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.

Will you sell or distribute my information to other companies?

No. We'll only communicate with you if you want to hear from us and we will never provide your information to other companies. If you prefer not to receive emails from us, please unsubscribe from our mailing list.

Do you have showrooms?

If you're in the Calgary, AB area, we have a showroom located at 460 42nd Avenue SE, Calgary AB.

Do you provide assembly instructions?

Because our larger pieces include complimentary delivery and assembly, we do not currently have assembly instructions available on our website. Please reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat and we would be happy to send them to you directly.

How do you approach sustainability at Divinus?

At Divinus, we embrace a holistic approach to sustainability, focusing on the entire life cycle of our products. Our commitment to quality, natural materials, and functionality reflects our ethos of 'fewer, better things.' Collaborating directly with our factory partners, we constantly seek eco-friendly innovations, such as replacing styrofoam with sustainable packaging.

As a direct-to-consumer brand, we aim to minimize environmental impact by reducing travel. Returned items are donated to local charities, contributing to a more sustainable future in both products and operations.

What kind of sofa is best for pet owners?

Dogs that shed? Opt for a leather sofa for hassle-free cleanup. Cat owners, watch out for scratches.

Are the colours shown in photos accurate?

We aim to present the colour and texture of each product as accurately as possible. All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers with lighting conditions that reflect residential settings. How these photos are displayed on individual screens may vary. If you’re unsure about a colour, get in touch with us.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in provinces or states where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?

Yes, we have partnered with Affirm, allowing you to split your purchase into regular payments. We offer monthly instalment payments, for orders from $200 to $15,000.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
